We are based out of Pune, India. 

Most of our products being related to personal hygiene we prefer mostly not to have returns. For shipments within India we utilise services of Blue Dart Express, Delhivery, Ecomexpress and Shiprocket.

2-3 business days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email. For all states in the North East of India, it will take an additional 3 business days. 

That's the policy but we try to outdo our above commitment and ship most of the products as per our prior experience.

With COVID-19, there may be a shipping and logistics delay for some products by 5-7 day if such rules apply within the state.
